Usually teens aren't searching for careers at an early age so these jobs have suited their needs of buying clothes, cds and cars to get around in just fine. Nowadays is not exception, the tradition will not be broken it is still common to see today's youth dawning the same uniforms as their elderly predecessors, boasting and bragging about their weekend jobs at the grocery stores, drive thru's, and cineplexes.
We all know that when we go out to eat is very like we will witness today's children working in these tradition jobs for teens. With a carefree spirit we've long forgotten and no sense of urgency. Though we've come to expect a higher level of customer service we've been able to shrug it off and have a kids will be kids attitude when we're served by such youngster. Perhaps it's that memory we have of having our bosses breath down our neck and our constant clock watching to meet up with our friends.
Kids don't have to worry about health insurance and benefits since the burden of such things is on the parents. This makes the jobs for teens more acceptable when they aren't offered any such benefits and just have to rely on the wages they receive for little expenses and luxury. Tradition has spared nothing, parents will provide while they're kids get to enjoy the ability to look at a job with hobbylike attitude. Being young definitely still have it's benefits even if they don't 401k.
